Josh Hancock,

Center. Mr. Hancock's companies own and operate the

forwarders in processing, insurance and compliance over

Elliott Dugger, ED.S, has been
instructing TTI’s Freight Broker and Owner Operator
classes since 2005. Mr. Dugger has been in the
transportation industry for over 10 years and has been
an active teacher and/or administrator in the education
system for over 18 years. He is also a key player in FDF
Brokerage, assisting in all areas of the brokerage.
The
Owner Operator course focuses on such topics as Finding
Freight in the 21st Century, Freight Rate Development,
Contract Negotiations and Sales & Marketing. The
class is also designed to teach new and veteran
transportation professionals how to achieve and maintain
regulatory compliance, avoid notices of violation, civil
penalties, fines and liability problems. It will also
provide an introduction to and general overview of
Federal Motor Carrier Licensing requirements, Obtaining
the proper authority and how-to's, Safety Regulations
(to include such topics as Accident Monitoring, Driver
Duty Status, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing,
Driver Qualification, Inspection, Unified Carrier
Registration, Repair and Maintenance, Driving of
Commercial Motor Vehicles and Safety Fitness. There will
also be a section on insurance for transportation
entities. This will includes do's and don'ts when
quoting your insurance, insurance company requirements
and tips on how to keep your premiums down.

decades of combined experience, knowledge and insight
and teach the skills and techniques needed to be
